RISE (Recovery Initiatives Supporting Everyone) is a mobile outreach vehicle that travels throughout Northampton County offering access to addiction and recovery services face-to-face with community members. RISE also aids community members in educating and providing information on county resources to those who want it.
Recovery Support & Resources
RISE is able to provide clients immediate access to services and treatment facilities, putting them on the road to recovery and wellness. The Drug & Alcohol Division, through a grant from the PA Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs, offers no cost D&A Assessments and Case Management services to any Northampton County residents in need.
In addition, NARCAN kits are provided at no cost.
