The RISE mobile outreach van is your connection to vital recovery and support resources. RISE provides access to a range of recovery programs and centers, offering pathways to treatment and healing. In addition, our team can connect you with assessments and case management services, as well as a wide array of human services resources.

Recovery Centers and Programs
Northampton County Drug and Alcohol Recovery Centers provide access to a range of recovery services, including treatment options, recovery support, and drug-free sober activities. Our goal is to help individuals build a strong foundation for lasting recovery by offering the resources and opportunities needed to thrive in a sober lifestyle.
“Walk-in” Drug and Alcohol Assessments are available at the following Recovery Centers: A Clean Slate, Change On Main, Hope Center, and Palmer Recovery Center.
The Oasis Community Center provides education, support, comfort, and healing to people who have experienced a substance-related loss, as well as families and friends impacted by a loved one’s active substance use.

D&A Assessments and Case Management Services
Northampton County Drug and Alcohol offers no cost D&A assessments and case management services to any resident in need. In addition, our outpatient providers offer programs including assessments, individual, group and family counseling.
Our team will work with you to assess your needs and connect you to the right treatment options, ensuring you receive the support and resources necessary for your recovery journey.
